Even an innocent game or a short walk can end with a thorn in the paw, a bitten ear or a scraped skin. Such seemingly innocent injuries and sores of animals cause discomfort or even pain, but can lead to more serious complications, as they pose a risk of infection.
In these cases, we can help our pets by applying Natural Healer Ointment with calendula and chamomile to the damaged area of the skin. By using the ointment, wounds will heal faster and curiosity will again lead your animal to new adventures.
Use of Soothing Balm and Oil
The balm is intended for use on minor wounds, such as scratches and abrasions. Before applying the ointment, clean the wounded area with warm water or saline solution and dry thoroughly. Apply the ointment to the damaged skin or wound several times a day.
The oil is applied to the skin (muzzle, outer part of ears, nipples) of small animals. Apply the oil in a thin layer on thoroughly cleansed skin and wait for it to be absorbed. Apply to the affected area several times a day.

To ensure that your order is delivered as fast as possible, we will always choose the optimum method of delivery: Pošta Slovenije standard package delivery or expedited delivery with selected carrier.
Goods ordered in the Flora 4 Pets online shop will be shipped as soon as possible – usually the next day, but no longer than 5 days after order. Distribution services are provided by Pošta Slovenije. The total period of delivery is 4-30 business days, unless the goods are currently not in stock, in which case the customer will be notified by e-mail.

Return Policy
We offer an UNCONDITIONAL, SATISFACTION GUARANTEE or your MONEY BACK. If you are not completely happy with our products for any reason, just return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase, and you will be refunded your entire purchase price, less shipping.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Zadruga Živa z.b.o., Opekarska 33, 1360 Vrhnika, Slovenia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $30/€30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
