The balm is full of healing herbs with natural antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory effect. Propolis has a unique compound called pinocembrin, a flavonoid that acts as an antifungal. Our balm contains:

Goods ordered in the Flora 4 Pets online shop will be shipped as soon as possible – usually the next day, but no longer than 5 days after order. Distribution services are provided by Pošta Slovenije. Return Policy
We offer an UNCONDITIONAL, SATISFACTION GUARANTEE or your MONEY BACK. If you are not completely happy with our products for any reason, just return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase, and you will be refunded your entire purchase price, less shipping.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Zadruga Živa z.b.o., Opekarska 33, 1360 Vrhnika, Slovenia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $30/€30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
