Natural paw protection balm is a mixture of carefully selected herbs and ingredients to create a nourishing barrier and shield sensitive paw pads against the different elements.
Natural paw protection balm helps protect paws from the following:

Dogs are born with incredibly soft and sensitive paw pads meant for walking through nature, not concrete sidewalks. Contact with harsh surfaces creates a lot of wear and tear, making them rough and scratchy. These harsh surfaces can be very drying, causing paws to crack and peel – which is very painful for pets. Paw protection balm creates a protective barrier while also moisturizing and helping prevent dry and cracked paw pads.

Paw Protection Balm is best applied before and after outdoor activities like hikes, walks, going outside in hot or cold weather, after a fresh snowfall or salty pavements. This balm can be used on dog and cats paws.
Paws can be a bit slick after application so allow the area to dry with your pup's favorite distraction.
INGREDIENTS: Extra virgin olive oil, beeswax, marshmallow, black elderflower, shea butter, thyme tincture (70% alcohol), vitamin E.
WARNINGS: Do not use in case of allergy to any ingredient. Store in a dark and dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Contains alcohol (<0.35% Vol.)

Goods ordered in the Flora 4 Pets online shop will be shipped as soon as possible – usually the next day, but no longer than 5 days after order. Distribution services are provided by Pošta Slovenije. The total period of delivery is 4-30 business days, unless the goods are currently not in stock, in which case the customer will be notified by e-mail.

Return Policy
We offer an UNCONDITIONAL, SATISFACTION GUARANTEE or your MONEY BACK. If you are not completely happy with our products for any reason, just return the unused portion within 30 days of purchase, and you will be refunded your entire purchase price, less shipping.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Zadruga Živa z.b.o., Opekarska 33, 1360 Vrhnika, Slovenia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $30/€30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
