Terms of use of the Biflora 4 Pets affiliate program

To join the affiliate program of the store Biflora 4 Pets, it is necessary to agree to the terms of use of the affiliate program of the Živa zbo Cooperative. By registering in the partner program, you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.

1. Who can join us?

All legal entities and natural persons of legal age can join our partner program if they provide the correct information during registration. In the event that a legal or natural person provides incomplete or incorrect information, we reserve the right to block the partner account and earnings. We also reserve the right to refuse to work with anyone at our sole discretion. Partners may not open more than one (1) account. The user account is not transferable to a third party.

2. The partners undertake to:

1. Promotional material and all content on the site will not infringe copyright or license rights.
2. They will take care of the proper functioning of all affiliate links. Zadruga Živa zbo is not obliged to check the correct functioning of links and inform partners about non-working links. It is also not responsible for any lost commissions due to links not working properly.
3. That all announcements and promotional material will be published in accordance with the rules of the Biflora 4 Pets partner program. The Affiliate Program Manager may, at its sole discretion, notify the Partner of a violation and request that the violations be remedied. In the case of repeated violations, the partner's account may also be blocked.
4. That they will publish affiliate links only on pages they own and pages they have permission to manage.
5. That they will recommend or shared links to 3rd parties (commission from your own purchases is not taken into account).

3. Partners undertake not to:

1. Post affiliate links and other promotional material on pages with illegal, racist, hateful and other content that could harm the reputation of the Biflora 4 Pets online store. The operator of the affiliate program reserves the right to prohibit the publication of affiliate links on the pages at its own discretion.
2. The partner undertakes not to mislead visitors in any way about his connection with the Biflora 4 Pets store and to pass himself off as an official representative.
3. That they will not make untrue and unverified claims about the products sold by the Biflora 4 Pets online store.
4. Promoted products via e-mail (mailing list) to persons from whom they did not receive permission to send commercial messages. In case of sending unsolicited e-mail, the partner's account is immediately blocked.

4. Payouts

Payments are made after a request for a transfer or raising the commission, but only if the partner has reached the minimum payout amount (€30). You don't lose the money you earn, but it is kept even if you don't earn €30 in a month. The amount of the agreed commission is calculated from the value of the ordered product (excluding VAT) and does not apply to postage. You are entitled to a commission only for successfully completed sales. Unclaimed shipments and returned packages are not considered successfully completed sales. Commission from your own purchases is not taken into account.

If you have a sp or company, we will pay you according to the issued invoice. You issue the invoice at the same time as the payment request that you submit in our partner account at Biflora 4 Pets.

If you are a natural person, the generated earnings can be paid out in three ways:

• The first way is to use the earned commission as a discount or voucher for any products from our offer at www.Biflora4Pets.si.
• Another way is to make a contract. In this case, the commission is the gross amount of your earnings. So you will have to deduct tax from the earnings.
• The third way is to transfer the earned commission to you via the student service. In this case, the commission earned represents the gross-gross amount of the transfer via student referral.

We will transfer the amount to your TRR, after receiving the payment request and the sent basis for payment (invoice).

5. Termination of participation

If the partner violates the rules of use, cooperation with the partner program of the store Biflora 4 Pets can be terminated immediately. If the owner or manager of the partner program determines that cooperation with the partner harms the Biflora 4 Pets store in any way, it reserves the right to terminate cooperation. The partner can terminate the cooperation himself. You can inform the manager of the partner program about this by e-mail info@biflora4pets.si. The account will be closed within 5 working days at the latest. In case of termination of cooperation, Zadruga Živa zbo will settle its obligations to the partner no later than sixty (60) days after termination of cooperation.

Zadruga Živa zbo is under no obligation to settle amounts lower than €30.

6. General

All participants agree that Zadruga Živa zbo is not responsible for any failed investments or projects of partners that they carried out within the framework of participation in the partner program of the store Biflora 4 Pets. We reserve the right to change the general terms of business at any time, which will always be available for viewing on our pages.

7. Legal disputes

All participants in the partner program agree that all possible disputes will be resolved in a peaceful and amicable manner. In the event that the resolution of the dispute in this way is not possible, the district court in Ljubljana is competent to resolve it.
